The role of the Programme Manager (P.M.) is fundamental to control the development of a Project, to which the Company assignes a particular importance. It is therefore worth to dedicate a management figure following any evolution phase, in order to guarantee the timely completion of the work, in compliance to Quality requirements and in coherence to the forecasted cost.
